Ingredients for Egg Jelly

Water

วิธีทำ

1. Prepare Cream Soda Jelly by boiling agar powder with water, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and sugar together. Set aside

2. Pour jelly by ¾ of the mould. Add corn kernels and leave to set.

3. Prepare egg jelly by bringing water, sugar and agar powder to boil. Add eggs and boil again till eggs are cooked. Pour the mixture on cream soda jelly which is set. Fill to the top and refrigerate to set again. Serve cold.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
