Pork Chop with Strawberry Sauce
Ingredient
| Pork Chop (Sirloin with ribs) weight 150 g | 1 | pcs |
| Mustard Cream | 1 | tsp |
| Salt | ¼ | tsp |
| Ground Pepper | ¼ | tsp |
| Vegetable Oil for searing | ||
| Black Pepper, crushed for sprinkle | ||
| Mashed Potato and Baby Carrots | ||
| Ingredients (for Strawberries Sauce) | ||
| Fresh Strawberries, cut in quarter | 2 | pcs |
| Onion, finely chopped | 2 | tbsp |
| Butter, salted | 2 | tbsp |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavor Syrup | 3 | tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 | tbsp |
| Red Wine | ||
Method
1. Pound pork chop on both side with meat tenderizer. Sprinkle salt, ground pepper and mustard on top. Marinate.2. Pour little oil on the pan. Heat up and sear pork chop on both side till cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes, baby carrots and strawberry sauce.
Method (Strawberry Sauce)
1. Sautee onions with salted butter till cooked. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavor Syrup, lemon juice, fresh strawberries and red wine. Make a reduction on high heat and serve with seared pork chop.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
