Sweet Jelly with Mixed Vegetable
Ingredient

| Water chestnut, cooked | 300 | g |
| Pumpkin, cubed, cooked | 300 | g |
| Shrimps, shell removed and cooked | 100 | g |
| Water | 200 | g |
| Agar Powder | 2 | tsp |
| Gelatin Powder | 1 | tsp |
| Sugar | 1 | tbsp |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup | 2 | tbsp |
| Mould, any shape of your preference | ||
| Ingredients (for making onion soup) | ||
| Onion, thinly sliced | 150 | g |
| Butter, salted | 50 | g |
| Chicken Broth | 500 | g |
| Salt | ½ | tsp |
| Ground pepper | 1/8 | tsp |
Method
1. Put cooked vegetables and shrimps in the mould.2. Mix agar powder with gelatin powder, sugar, water and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup in a saucepan. Bring to boil.
3. Pour the mixture in prepared mould. Cool to set and serve with onion soup.
Method (for making onion soup)
1. Stir fry onion with salted butter till cooked with nice aroma. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Remarks:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
