Sweet Jelly with Mixed Vegetable

Ingredient

Green pea beans, cooked   300     g
Carrots, cubed, cooked  300   g
Green pea beans, cooked  300   g
Broccoli, small cut, cooked     300     g
Red beans, cooked   300     g
Water chestnut, cooked    300     g
Pumpkin, cubed, cooked     300     g
Shrimps, shell removed and cooked     100     g
Water     200     g
Agar Powder    2     tsp
Gelatin Powder      1    tsp
Sugar   1     tbsp
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup   2     tbsp
Mould, any shape of your preference
Ingredients (for making onion soup)
Onion, thinly sliced   150     g
Butter, salted   50    g
Chicken Broth     500     g
Salt   ½    tsp
Ground pepper      1/8     tsp

Method

1. Put cooked vegetables and shrimps in the mould.

2. Mix agar powder with gelatin powder, sugar, water and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup in a saucepan. Bring to boil.

3. Pour the mixture in prepared mould. Cool to set and serve with onion soup.

Method (for making onion soup)

1. Stir fry onion with salted butter till cooked with nice aroma. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and remove from heat.


Remarks:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
