Sweet and Sour Squids with Shitake

Ingredient

Squids, small cut   200   g
Onion, diced   30   g
Capsicum, 3 colors, diced     30   g
Pineapple, diced     30   g
Shitake, finely sliced   50  g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup   50  g
Salt    ½  tsp
White Vinegar   2     tsp
Garlic, finely chopped         1 tsp
Bird’s Eye Chili     1 tsp
Vegetable Oil for stir fry    

Method

1.Heat vegetable oil. Add garlic and chili. Stir fry to get nice aroma. Add squids, onions, capsicum, pineapple and shitake. Stir fry.

2.Season with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup, salt and white vinegar. Cook well and serve.





Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
