Sweet and Sour Squids with Shitake
Ingredient
| Squids, small cut | 200 | g |
| Onion, diced | 30 | g |
| Capsicum, 3 colors, diced | 30 | g |
| Pineapple, diced | 30 | g |
| Shitake, finely sliced | 50 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 50 | g |
| Salt | ½ | tsp |
| White Vinegar | 2 | tsp |
| Garlic, finely chopped | 1 | tsp |
| Bird’s Eye Chili | 1 | tsp |
| Vegetable Oil for stir fry | ||
Method
1.Heat vegetable oil. Add garlic and chili. Stir fry to get nice aroma. Add squids, onions, capsicum, pineapple and shitake. Stir fry.2.Season with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup, salt and white vinegar. Cook well and serve.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
