Japanese Sweet and Sour Octopus Tentacles
Ingredient
| Eringii Mushroom, grilled | ||
| Red Capsicum, grilled | ||
| Zucchinis, grilled | 250 | g |
| Bird’s Eye Chili, finely chopped | 20 | g |
| Garlic, finely chopped | 20 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 120 | g |
| Salt | 1 | tsp |
| White Vinegar | 2 | tbsp |
Method
1.Prepare sweet and sour sauce by mixing Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with all ingredients except octopus together. Heat and simmer to reduce and thicken. Remove from heat and set aside.2.Grill octopus just to cook, do not overcook. Pour sweet and sour sauce over and grill till completely cooked. Decorate in the serving plate with grilled vegetables.
Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
