Japanese Sweet and Sour Octopus Tentacles

Ingredient

Eringii Mushroom, grilled
Red Capsicum, grilled
Zucchinis, grilled    250     g
Bird’s Eye Chili, finely chopped   20   g
Garlic, finely chopped   20   g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup     120     g
Salt     1     tsp
White Vinegar     2     tbsp

Method

1.Prepare sweet and sour sauce by mixing Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with all ingredients except octopus together. Heat and simmer to reduce and thicken. Remove from heat and set aside.

2.Grill octopus just to cook, do not overcook. Pour sweet and sour sauce over and grill till completely cooked. Decorate in the serving plate with grilled vegetables.






Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
