Crispy Wonton with Pineapple Sauce
Ingredient

| Shitake Sauce | 1 | tsp |
| Sesame Oil | 1 | tsp |
| Ground Pepper | ½ | tsp |
| Wonton sheets | ||
| Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying | ||
| Wonton sheet, sliced and deep fried | ||
| Parsley for decoration | ||
| Ingredients (for Pineapple Sauce) | ||
| Capsicum (3 colors), cubed | ||
| Pineapple, cubed | 30 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup | 100 | g |
| Butter, salted | 1 | tbsp |
| Potato Starch | 2 | tsp |
| Salt | 1/8 | tsp |
Method
1. Mix shripms with shitake sauce, ground pepper and sesame oil.2. Scoop the fillings on wonton sheet. Wrap nicely and seal firmly with few drops of water.
3. Deep fry in medium high heat till golden. Set aside.
4. Pour a little of pineapple sauce on top. Decorate with deed fried wonton slices and parsley. Serve immediately.
Method (for Pineapple Sauce)
1. Put salted butter in a saucepan. When hot, add capsicum and stir fry to get nice aroma. Add pineapple and mix. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavor Syrup. Add salt and potato starch diluted in water. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Set aside.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
