BBQ Pork Ribs

BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredient

Pork Ribs                      500    g
Salt                                   2    tsp
Seasoning Sauce                           2     tsp
Ground Pepper                             1    tsp
Vegetable Oil                          1    tbsp
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup           6   tbsp
Ketchup                               5     tbsp
Chili Sauce                              2     tbsp
Blanched Vegetable, for example, broccoli, carrots and French fries

Method

1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with ketchup, chili sauce, vegetable oil, salt and pepper together. Mix with pork ribs and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Place ribs in baking tray. Bake completely till cooked. Bring leftover sauce to boil and reduce.

3. Mix roasted pork ribs with sauce. Decorate with blanched vegetable, for example broccoli, carrots and French fries.
 
Remarks
BBQ can be baked or roasted. Baked ribs will be juicier than roasting.





Remarks:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
