Method
1. Mix agar powder with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup and water. Bring to boil and pour in a tray. Leave to set completely and scoop with a baller.2. Add crushed ice in serving bowl. Decorate with red grapes, golden raisins and grape jelly. Pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup on top and serve immediately.
Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
