Raisin Pudding
Ingredient
| All Purpose Flour | 400 | g |
| Butter, salted | 250 | g |
| Sugar | 200 | g |
| Black Raisins | 250 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup | 150 | g |
| Eggs | 6 | pcs |
| Vanilla Powder | 1 | tsp |
| Salt | 1 | tsp |
| Baking Powder | 2 | tsp |
| Food Coloring, Orchid Purple Color | 2 | tsp |
| Ramekins, greased with shortening | ||
Method
1.Sift all purpose flour with baking powder, vanilla powder and salt.2.Add salted butter and sugar in a saucepan. Heat till butter melted and sugar dissolved. Add vegetable oil, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup and eggs. Mix well.
3.Add sifted ingredients, milk, raisins and food coloring. Mix well and pour the mixture in ramekins. Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes in the water bath tray (water approximately ¼ cm high)
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
