Raisin Pudding

Ingredient

All Purpose Flour                               400     g
Butter, salted                             250     g
Sugar                                      200     g
Black Raisins                           250    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup               150     g
Eggs                                   6     pcs
Vanilla Powder                               1    tsp
Salt                                  1     tsp
Baking Powder                               2    tsp
Food Coloring, Orchid Purple Color                   2     tsp
Ramekins, greased with shortening

Method

1.Sift all purpose flour with baking powder, vanilla powder and salt.
2.Add salted butter and sugar in a saucepan. Heat till butter melted and sugar dissolved. Add vegetable oil, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup and eggs. Mix well.
3.Add sifted ingredients, milk, raisins and food coloring. Mix well and pour the mixture in ramekins. Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes in the water bath tray (water approximately ¼ cm high)



Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
