| Baking Powder | 1 ½ | tsp |

| Grape Butter Cream | ||
| Butter Cream, Mixed with Apple Green Food Coloring | ||
| Sweet Pastry, baked, for Decoration | ||

| Butter Cream, any preferred recipe | 500 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup | 100 | g |
Method
1. Sift cake flour with corn starch, baking powder, vanilla powder and salt together. Set aside.2. Beat margarine with paddle attachment for 10 minutes. Gradually add egg, one at a time, till all is incorporated. Add sifted flour and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Change to low speed.
3. Add evaporated milk and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Stop the mixer and add raisins. Fold in well with spatula.
4. Pour the batter in prepared mould. Bake at 300-330 degree Fahrenheit (bottom heat) for approximately 40 minutes or till baked completely. Leave to cool completely.
5. Decorate with grape buttercream, green-colored butter cream and baked sweet pastry.
Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
