Grape Jelly with Assorted Fruits
Ingredient
| Water | 500 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |
| Agar Powder | 1 | tbsp |
| Ice, crushed | ||
| Red Grapes, Strawberries, Peach in Syrup for serving | ||
| Mint Leave for Decoration |

Method
1. Mix agar powder with water. Heat up and bring to boil. Remove from heat.2. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup. Mix well and leave to warm.
3. Pour the mixture in the tray. Leave to set completely. Remove from tray and cut in dices or grated in long stripes.
4. Add crushed ice in serving bowl. Add assorted fruits and grape jelly. Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
