Grape Cheese Ice Cream
Ingredient
| Gelatin Powder | 2 | tsp |
| Hot Water | 50 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup | 80 | g |
| Yoghurt, Natural Flavor | 100 | g |
| Whipping Cream | 50 | g |
| Ice Cream Glass for serving | ||
| Yoghurt, natural flavor and green grapes for decorating | ||
Method
1. Bloom gelatin powder with hot water. Set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes. Add yoghurt and whipping cream. Mix till well combined and add bloomed gelatin. Mix well and turn off the machine.
3. Pour the mixture in container and freeze till set.
4. Before serving, add yoghurt in the serving glass, approximately ¼ of the glass. Scoop ice cream on top. Decorate with fresh grapes and drizzle Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup on top.
