Blueberries and Raisin Crepe

Ingredient

Bread Flour                               125     g
Butter, salted, melted                               50    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup              30     g
UHT Milk                               250    g
Eggs                                     2 pcs
Food Coloring, Orchid Purple                      ¼    tsp
Blueberry Essence                         ¼     tsp
Salt                               1/8     tsp
Butter, salted, for making crepe
Whipped Cream
Raisins and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup for decorating

Method

1.Mix bread flour with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup, milk, salt, eggs, melted salted butter, food coloring and blueberry essence together with whisk. Strain and set aside.
2.Warm a pan. Add a spoon of salted butter. Pour a ladle of crepe batter. Cook on both side and remove from a pan. Set aside. Repeat same process to get the desired amount. 
3.Spread whipped cream on the first layer of crepe. Put second layer on top. Repeat to get the desired height or layers. Refrigerate till served.
4. When served, cut in slices. Sprinkle raisins on top and pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup over.


Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
