Blueberries and Raisin Crepe
Ingredient
| Bread Flour | 125 | g |
| Butter, salted, melted | 50 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup | 30 | g |
| UHT Milk | 250 | g |
| Eggs | 2 | pcs |
| Food Coloring, Orchid Purple | ¼ | tsp |
| Blueberry Essence | ¼ | tsp |
| Salt | 1/8 | tsp |
| Butter, salted, for making crepe | ||
| Whipped Cream | ||
| Raisins and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup for decorating | ||
Method
1.Mix bread flour with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup, milk, salt, eggs, melted salted butter, food coloring and blueberry essence together with whisk. Strain and set aside.2.Warm a pan. Add a spoon of salted butter. Pour a ladle of crepe batter. Cook on both side and remove from a pan. Set aside. Repeat same process to get the desired amount.
3.Spread whipped cream on the first layer of crepe. Put second layer on top. Repeat to get the desired height or layers. Refrigerate till served.
4. When served, cut in slices. Sprinkle raisins on top and pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Grape Flavored Syrup over.
Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
