Strawberry Muffins

Ingredient

All Purpose Flour                       450     g
Sugar                                     100    g
Butter, salted, melted                       100    g
Strawberries, frozen                           150    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup      150   g
Evaporated Milk                          50     g
Eggs                                     pcs
Salt                                  1    tsp
Baking Soda                               ½   tsp
Muffing Pan, greased with shortening

Method

1.Sift all purpose flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together. Set aside.
2.Mix eggs and sugar together with whisk. Add sifted ingredients and mix just to combine. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup, evaporated milk and melted salted butter. Mix just to combine and add frozen strawberries. Mix just to combine. Do not overmix.
3.Pour batter in muffin pan, about ¾ full. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit with top and bottom heat for 10 – 12 minutes or till baked. Serve warm.





Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
