Strawberry Jelly
Ingredient
| Strawberries in Syrup, drained and blended | 150 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 70 | g |
| Water | 600 | g |
| Gelatin Powder | 1 | tbsp |
| Sugar | 6 | tbsp |
| Agar Powder | 1 ½ | tsp |
| Fresh Strawberries for decorating | ||
| Mould for making Jelly | ||
| Whipped Cream and Chocolate Decoration | ||
Method
1.Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup with water, agar powder, gelatin powder and sugar together in the saucepan. Heat up and bring to boil.2.Add strawberries in syrup and mix well.
3.Pour the mixture in the moulds. Refrigerate to set completely till served.
4.Unmould jelly and put on the serving plate. Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate decoration and fresh strawberries. Ready to serve.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
