Strawberry Fresh Cream Cake
Ingredient

| Butter, unsalted | 100 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 125 | g |
| Eggs | 2 | pcs |
| Yolk | 2 | pcs |
| UHT Milk | 125 | g |
| Baking Powder | 2 | tsp |
| Salt | ½ | tsp |
| Round Cake Mould, 6” diameter, greased, lined with paper and greased | 1 | pcs |
| Cake Ring, 6” diameter, greased, lined with paper and greased | 1 | pcs |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | ||
| Fresh strawberries, halved and whipped cream | ||
Method
1.Sift all purpose flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.2.Beat unsalted butter with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup till light and fluffy.
3.Gradually add eggs and yolks and mix well. Add sifted ingredient and milk alternately till all in. Mix well.
4. Pour the batter to ¾ full of cake mould. Bake at 250 degree Fahrenheit for 20 – 30 minutes or till cooked. Cool on wire rack.
5.Slice cake into 2 layers. Put the first layer in the ring with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Smooth the surface and add second layer. Remove the ring.
6. Pipe whipped cream on top. Decorate with fresh strawberries and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Ready to serve.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
