Strawberry Cupcake

| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 150 | g |
| Corn Starch | 1 | tbsp |

| Royal Icing, Marzipan (alphabet shape) and silver sugar balls for decoration | ||

| Icing Sugar | 100 | g |
| Shortening | 20 | g |
| Water | 25 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 2 | tbsp |
| Lime Juice | 1 | tsp |
Method
Method for Making Cupcakes1.Sift cake flour with corn starch, baking powder, milk powder and salt.
2.Beat salted butter with paddle attachment at medium speed for 10 minutes.
3.Change to low speed, add eggs one at a time and change to medium speed for 4 minutes. Lower to slow speed.
4.Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup and sifted ingredients. Mix just to combine.
5.Add the batter to ¾ cup full. Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or till baked well. Leave to cool completely. Decorate with royal icing, marzipan and silver sugar balls.
Method for Royal Icing
1. Add all ingredients in the saucepan. Heat till warm and mix well till smooth. Use for coating cupcakes.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
