Strawberries Pie
Ingredient
| Cake Flour | 240 | g |
| Bread Flour | 120 | g |
| Icing Sugar | 100 | g |
| Salt | ¼ | tsp |
| Butter, salted | 150 | g |
| Eggs | 2 | pcs |
| Round Aluminum Mould – greased, lined with paper and greased | ||
| Strawberry Custard Fillings | ||
| Whipped Cream | ||
| Fresh Strawberries and Mint Leaves for decorating | ||

| Mung Beans Flour | 100 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |
| Milk | 500 | g |
| Salt | ¼ | tsp |
Method
1.Sift both flour with icing sugar and salt. Set aside.2.Beat salted butter and sifted ingredients with paddle attachment on low speed to get crumbly texture. Add eggs and mix just to combine. Leave to dough for 15 minutes.
3.Roll out the dough to ¼ cm thick. Line in aluminum mould and dock the bottom with fork. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 10 – 15 minutes or till golden crispy. Remove from mould and set aside.
4.Pipe strawberry custard in the shell. Decorate with whipped cream, fresh strawberry and mint leaves.
Method for Strawberry Custard
1. Mix all ingredients together. Heat and keep whisking until cooked and thickened. Use as fillings.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
