Santa Mousse
Ingredient
| Strawberries, frozen | 300 | g |
| Sugar | 100 | g |
| Fruits of your choice, diced | 100 | g |
| Jelly, ready to eat, red and green color | 50 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 100 | g |
| Water | 20 | g |
| Water, hot, for mixing with gelatin powder | 50 | g |
| Cream, whipped | 450 | g |
| Gelatin Powder | 1 | tbsp |
Method
1.Mix hot water with gelatin powder. Set aside. Boil frozen strawberries with water and sugar. Add gelatin mixture. Mix with whisk till well combined and leave to cool completely.2.Mix whipped cream with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup with whisk attachment till fluffy. Set aside.
3.Fold in whipped cream with strawberry mixture using whisk until well combined. Pipe in a serving glass with jelly and mixed fruits underneath. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
