Santa Mousse

Ingredient

Strawberries, frozen                             300   g
Sugar                                     100  g
Fruits of your choice, diced                       100   g
Jelly, ready to eat, red and green color                 50    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup           100     g
Water                                    20    g
Water, hot, for mixing with gelatin powder             50  g
Cream, whipped                               450    g
Gelatin Powder                               1     tbsp

Method

1.Mix hot water with gelatin powder. Set aside. Boil frozen strawberries with water and sugar. Add gelatin mixture. Mix with whisk till well combined and leave to cool completely.
2.Mix whipped cream with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup with whisk attachment till fluffy. Set aside.
3.Fold in whipped cream with strawberry mixture using whisk until well combined. Pipe in a serving glass with jelly and mixed fruits underneath. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.





Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
