Roti with Palm Seeds in Strawberry Syrup

| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |
| Water | 400 | g |
| Evaporated Milk | 100 | g |
| Salt | 1 | tbsp |
| Sugar | 2 | tbsp |
| Vegetable Oil to coat roti and fry | ||

| Red Maraschino Cherries for decoration | ||
Method
1.Immerse palm seeds in Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Leave till palm seeds get nice red color.2.Mix all purpose flour with salt and sugar. Mix with hook attachment on low speed.
3.Add eggs, water evaporated milk and salted butter. Change to medium speed and mix for 10 – 12 minutes or till smooth and elastic.
4.Scale at 400 g each. Make round balls and soak in vegetable oil for 30 minutes.
5.Roll out to thin round sheet and roll in round ball. Roll out to thin round sheet again and fry in hot vegetable oil till nice golden color on both side. Drain excess oil.
6.Place roti sheet on serving plate. Add palm seeds soaked in Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Fold in half and pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup over. Serve immediately.
