Ingredient

Flat Glutinous Rice Dough, cooked                     50     g
Red Beans, boiled                         30     g
Gingko Nuts, boiled                          30     g
Lotus Seeds, boiled                           30     g
Chinese Dates in Syrup                          30    g
Nate de Coco                       30     g
Palm Seed in Syrup                          30     g
Millets, boiled                                 30     g
Sweet Potatoes in Syrup                           30     g
Pumpkin in Syrup                           30     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup           100     g
Bowl for serving

Method

1.Add cooked glutinous rice dough in the serving bowl.
2.Add the rest of ingredients.
3.Add crushed ice on top and pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup over. Serve immediately.






Remark :Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
