| Condensed Milk | 500 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sarsi Flavored Syrup | 50 | g |
Method
1. Mix cocoa powder with vegetable oil. Set aside.
2. Mix bread flour with salt, milk powder and instant dry yeast. Set aside.
3. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sarsi Flavored Syrup with evaporated milk. Add into flour mixture. Knead till combined. Add margarine and cocoa mixture. Continue kneading for 10-15 minutes or till well mixed.
4. Cut and scale at 100 g, 18 pcs. Make round balls and cover with damp cloth or plastic for 30 minutes.
5. Release the gas and make tight round balls again. Put dough in the mould, 3 pcs each. Proof till double in size and bake at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 25 minutes or till well cooked. Leave to cool. Serve with Sarsi condensed milk.
