Tropical Fizz

Ingredient

Young Coconut Meat                   300     g
Coconut Juice                       100     g
Soda                             150     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup         100    g
Young Coconut Meat, julienne, for decorating

Method


1. Mix coconut meat and juice together. Freeze till small ice crystals are formed, approximately 3-5 hours.
2. Bring the mixture out of the freezer and mix with soda water. Blend in blender till smooth. Pour in the glass about ½ full. Blend the rest with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup and blend well. Pour on top of the first mixture. Decorate with young coconut meat and serve immediately.
