Method
| 1. Immerse Thong Yib and Thong Yod in Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup till they absorb red color. |
| 2. Decorate Thong Yod with melted chocolate and icing sugar as a mouse. Serve with Thong Yib. |
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
