Sala Ice Cream over Bread

Ingredient

Water, hot 50 g
UHT Milk 300     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup 150 g
Whipping Cream 300 g
Salt ½ tsp
Vanilla Powder 1 tsp
Gelatin Powder 1 tbsp
Sandwiches Bread, cut in cubes 2 slices
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup

Method

1. Bloom gelatin powder in hot water. Set aside.
2. Mix UHT milk with salt and vanilla powder. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup and warm gelatin. Leave to cool completely.
3. Pour the mixture in ice cream maker. Add whipping cream and churn for 40 minutes or till the mixture set. Store in container and freeze till serve.
4. When served, put sandwiches bread on serving plate as worm shape. Scoop Sala ice cream on top. Decorate with chocolate chips, toasted diced almonds, whipped cream and fresh fruits. Pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup over before serving.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
