Method

1. Beat eggs, add cake flour, sugar, salt, vanilla flavor and milk. Mix well and strain.

2. Warm the pan, add butter (1). Pour about a ladle of batter. Swirl to make nice round crepe and cook on both sides. One recipe yields 4-5 crepes.

3. Make sauce by heating butter (2) with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup. Add lemon juice and reduce a little.

4. Pour brandy and flame on. Once the fire is off, serve with crepe.


 


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
