Red Beans Popsicle
Ingredient
| Water, hot | 100 | g |
| Water | 200 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup | 200 | g |
| Tapioca Starch | 50 | g |
| Red Beans, cooked and mashed | 300 | g |
| Gelatin Powder | 1 | tbsp |
| Salt | ¼ | tsp |
Method
|
1. Bring water and tapioca starch to boil. Keep stirring with whisk all the time till thickened and boiled. Set aside. |

2. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup. Mix with whisk till well combined. Leave to cool completely. |

3. Churn in ice cream maker. Add red bean and gelatin mixed with hot water. |
|
4. Churn for 15 minutes. |
|
5.Store in container and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving. |
