Method
Method for Coconut Jelly |
1. Mix coconut milk with water, agar powder, sugar, salt and pandan leaves together. Heat up to dissolve dry ingredients. Bring to boil on medium heat. Remove from heat and pour in round mould, approximately ¼ full. |
Method for Red Beans Jelly |
1. Mix water and agar powder. Heat up and keep stirring all the time. Bring to boil. |
2. Add mashed azuki beans, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup and food coloring. Mix well and pour over coconut jelly. Leave to set completely and decorate with whipped cream. |
3. Decorate with flower sugar and serve immediately. |
