Red Bean Paste for Decoration

Method

1.Sift flour with baking powder, salt, vanilla powder, milk powder and corn starch. Set aside.

2.Beat margarine and sugar with paddle attachment on medium speed for approximately 10 minutes.

3.Add eggs gradually. Add sifted dry ingredients, cherries and red bean paste. Mix well.

4.Scoop the mixture in prepared aluminum cups. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or till cooked.

5. Once baked, decorate with buttercream mixed with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup, red bean paste and cherries dipped in white chocolate


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
