Method

1. Sift all purpose flour with baking powder, salt, vanilla powder, milk powder and corn starch together.

2. Beat salted butter and sugar with paddle attachment on medium speed for 10 minutes.

3. Add eggs one at a time and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup. Mix and add sifted ingredients just to combine.

4. Add batter in tart shells. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 12 – 15 minutes or till cooked. Leave to cool completely and pipe whipped cream on top. Decorate with chocolate decoration and candy. Serve.


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
