Lemon and Sala Sherbet

Gelatin Powder |

Lemon, halves, remove all flesh and seeds |

Whipped Cream, Marzipan and Paper Umbrella for decorating |
Method
1.Bloom gelatin powder with hot water. Set aside. |
2.Once gelatin is bloomed, heat till warm and mix with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup, crushed ice, lemon juice and salt. Blend in juice mixer till smooth. Store in airtight container and freeze till set. |
3.When served, scoop the sherbet in lemon halves. Decorate with whipped cream, marzipan and paper umbrella. Serve immediately.
