Jelly Yogurt

Ingredient

Gelatin Powder              1   tbsp
Hot Water          50     g
UHT Milk           250     g
Sugar       50     g
Salt      1/8 tsp
Whipping Cream              50   g
Yoghurt, natural flavor       150      g
Glass, to serve
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup
Fresh Fruits to decorate

Method

1.Bloom gelatin in hot water
2.Mix milk with sugar and salt. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add whipping cream and yoghurt. Mix well till combined. Add bloomed gelatin.
3.Pour yoghurt jelly in the cup, about ½ full. Refrigerate till set. Drizzle with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup and decorate with fruits of your choice. Refrigerate till served
