Jelly Yogurt
Ingredient
Gelatin Powder | 1 | tbsp |
Hot Water | 50 | g |
UHT Milk | 250 | g |
Sugar | 50 | g |
Salt | 1/8 | tsp |
Whipping Cream | 50 | g |
Yoghurt, natural flavor | 150 | g |
Glass, to serve | ||
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup | ||
Fresh Fruits to decorate | ||
Method
1.Bloom gelatin in hot water2.Mix milk with sugar and salt. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add whipping cream and yoghurt. Mix well till combined. Add bloomed gelatin.
3.Pour yoghurt jelly in the cup, about ½ full. Refrigerate till set. Drizzle with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavored Syrup and decorate with fruits of your choice. Refrigerate till served
