1. Mix azuki beans with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup and food coloring. Bring to boil.
2. Add lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat. Add salted butter and mix well.
3. When ready to serve, add red bean sauce in serving glass, followed by green tea butter cake and green tea ice cream, topped with red bean sauce and decorate with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
