1. Mix mashed bananas with lemon juice, milk, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup, vanilla powder and whipping cream. Mix well.

2. Add gelatin powder bloomed in hot water. Churn in ice cream maker for approximately 40 minutes and freeze for 2 – 3 hours till ice cream is set.

3. When served, scoop ice cream in serving glass and decorate with chocolate decoration, whipped cream and red Maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
