Banana Muffins with Milk Sauce

Ingredient

Ingredients for Banana Muffins
All Purpose Flour 350 g
Sugar 150 g
Banana, ripe, mashed 300 g
Butter, salted, soft 180 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking Powder  1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Baking Soda ¾ tsp
Vanilla Powder ½ tsp
Paper cups with muffin pans
Sugar and Chocolate Decoration
Red Maraschino Cherries in Syrup and Mint Leaves
Ingredients for Milk Sauce
Corn Starch 20 g
Butter, salted 30 g
Whipping Cream 50 g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup 200 g
Yolk 300 g

Method

1. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add sugar and mix well.
2. Beat dry ingredients with mashed bananas, eggs and soft salted butter with paddle attachment on low speed first. Then, change to medium speed and mix till well combined.
3. Add batter in paper cups, approximately ¾ full. Bake at 420 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or till cooked. Remove from muffin pans.
4. Put muffin on a plate with milk sauce beneath. Decorate with sugar decoration, chocolate decoration, cherries and mint leaves.
Method for Milk Sauce
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup and all ingredients, except whipping cream, together. Cook over hot bath till cooked and thickened. Add whipping cream and mix well.


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
