Mix corn starch with malt beverage powder, salt, sugar, coconut powder, yolk and mashed bananas. Cook over hot bath till cooked and thickened. Remove from heat. Add whipping cream and gelatin. Mix well.
Leave to cool completely and churn in ice cream making machine. Add white chocolate shaving and complete churning. Freeze till set.
Scoop ice cream in serving glass with banana beneath. Pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Sala Flavor Syrup over and serve with fresh fruits.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
