Spicy Noodle Salad Roll

Ingredient

Sweet Basil Leaves                       20     g
Mint Leaves                                20     g
Carrot Sticks                              3    pcs
Zucchini, cut in long sticks                      3     pcs
Crab sticks                           6     pcs
Roasted Chicken, cut in long stripes               3     pcs
Lettuce                                   5     leaves
Red Lettuce                               5    leaves
Pineapple Sauce
Flat Rice Noodle Sheet, steamed and cut 5”x8” sheet           3    sheets
Ingredients (for Pineapple Sauce)
Garlic, finely chopped                           20  g
Bird’s Eye Chili                   20     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup             50     g
Lime Juice                           2    tbsp
Salt                                    1 ½      tsp

Method

1. Place rice noodle sheet in a plate. Add chicken, carrots, crab sticks, holy basil leaves, lettuce, red lettuce, zucchini and mint leaves. Roll tightly. Cut into bite-sized. Serve with pineapple sauce. 


Method (for Pineapple Sauce)
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with lime juice, garlic, bird’s eye chili and salt together. Serve with noodle salad roll.




Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
