Spicy Noodle Salad Roll

| Roasted Chicken, cut in long stripes | 3 | pcs |
| Lettuce | 5 | leaves |
| Red Lettuce | 5 | leaves |
| Pineapple Sauce | ||
| Flat Rice Noodle Sheet, steamed and cut 5”x8” sheet | 3 | sheets |
| Ingredients (for Pineapple Sauce) | ||
| Garlic, finely chopped | 20 | g |
| Bird’s Eye Chili | 20 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 50 | g |
| Lime Juice | 2 | tbsp |
| Salt | 1 ½ | tsp |
Method
1. Place rice noodle sheet in a plate. Add chicken, carrots, crab sticks, holy basil leaves, lettuce, red lettuce, zucchini and mint leaves. Roll tightly. Cut into bite-sized. Serve with pineapple sauce.Method (for Pineapple Sauce)
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with lime juice, garlic, bird’s eye chili and salt together. Serve with noodle salad roll.
Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
