Pineapple Syrup Cake
Ingredient
| Butter | 115 | g |
| Sugar | 175 | g |
| Cake Flour | 175 | g |
| Milk | 85 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |
| Eggs | 2 | pcs |
| Baking Powder | 2 | tsp |
Method
1.Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.2.Add eggs. Mix till combined and add sifted flour with baking powder, alternate with milk. Mix till combine.
3.Put in the mould brushed with shortening and bake at 180 degree celcius for 25 minutes or till cooked.
4.Once baked, leave in the mould for 5 minutes. Brush the cake with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup and leave to cool. Remove from the mould.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
