| Rice Flour | 80 | g |
| Salt | ¾ | tsp |
| Coconut Cream | 450 | g |
| Coconut Milk | 300 | g |
| Method | ||
| Mix all ingredients together and sieve. Set aside till needed. | ||
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together and sieve. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Steam the ceramic cups to heat up and add the mixture till ½ full. Steam for 5 minutes.
3. Fill the rest with coconut mixture and steam for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool and serve.
