Pineapple Flavored Thai Kanom Tuay

Ingredient

Ingredient (bottom part)
Rice Flour                     80     g
Cassava Flour                      20     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup   150    g
Palm Sugar                       100    g
Coconut Milk                   350     g
Ceramic cup to steam
Ingredient (Coconut Topping)
Rice Flour                         80     g
Salt                          ¾     tsp
Coconut Cream               450     g
Coconut Milk                   300     g
Method
Mix all ingredients together and sieve. Set aside till needed.

Method



1. Mix all ingredients together and sieve. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Steam the ceramic cups to heat up and add the mixture till ½ full. Steam for 5 minutes.
3. Fill the rest with coconut mixture and steam for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool and serve.
