Pickled Mangoes with Pineapple Flavor

Ingredient

Water                              1,000 g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup         500  g
“Kaew” Mangoes, raw                            5    pcs

Method

1.Peel mangoes and cut to your preferred size. Crave if desired.
2.Immerse raw mangoes in water mixed with salt. Set aside.
3.Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with water. Bring to boil and set aside till warm. Immerse mangoes overnight and serve the next day. 






Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
