Phu-Lae on Ice

Ingredient

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup 500 g
Phu-Lae Pineapple, whole 200 g
Water ¼ tsp
Crushed Ice for serving    
Red Maraschino Cherries in Syrup and Mint Leaves for decoration    

Method


1. Peel Phu-Lae pineapple till all skin removed. Rinse. 

2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with water and salt. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Put the pineapple to macerate in the syrup overnight till soaked. Serve with crushed ice. Decorate with red Maraschino cherries and mint leaves.



Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
