Peanut Butter Bread with Pineapple Fillings

| Peanut Butter, creamy | 100 | g |
| Butter, salted | 60 | g |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 450 | g |
| Bread Improver | 1 | tbps |
| Instant Dry Yeast for sweet dough | 1 | tbsp |
| Pineapple fillings | ||
| Baking tray, brush with shortening | ||
| Chocolate, melted for decoration | ||

| Pineapple, small diced | 300 | g |
| Raisin, dark | 100 | g |
| Corn starch diluted in water | 20 | g |
| Ground cinnamon | ¼ | tsp |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 200 g | g |
| Water | 200 g | g |
Method
1.Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix with hook attachment using low speed. Add eggs and milk and mix just to combine.2. Add creamy peanut butter and salted butter. Change to medium speed and mix for 12 minutes till dough is smooth.
3.Cut and scale at 40 g each. Make round balls and roll out. Add fillings in the middle and make oval shape. Proof on the tray till double in size.
4.Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or fully baked. Leave to cool completely.
5. Decorate with melted chocolate. Ready to serve.
Method for making pineapple fillings.
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with all ingredients. Heat up and bring to boil. Set aside to cool down completely.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
