Hawaiian Pancakes
Ingredient
| All Purpose Flour | 200 | g |
| Ham slices, slightly pan fried | 100 | g |
| Milk | 140 | g |
| Pineapple, diced | 100 | g |
| Papaya, diced | 100 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |
| Cheddar Cheese Slices | 50 | g |
| Sugar | 80 | g |
| Butter, salted, melted | 40 | g |
| Vegetable Oil | 20 | g |
| Baking Powder | 2 | tsp |
| Egg, whole, cold | 4 | pcs |
| Salt | ¼ | tsp |
| Vanilla Powder | ½ | tsp |
| Butter, salted, for frying pancakes |
Method
1.Sift together all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla powder. Add sugar and mix. Set aside.2.Mix dry ingredients with cold eggs and milk using whisk. Add melted butter and vegetable oil. Mix till well combined. Set aside.
3.Warm Teflon pan till hot. Add butter to lightly grease the pan. Stir the batter and mix well. Pour the batter in the pan and cook over low heat on both side till cooked. Set aside.
4.Put pancakes on the plate and alternate with ham and cheddar cheese slices. Pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup on top and decorate with fresh fruits. Serve.
Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
