| Butter, salted, melted | 200 | g |

Method
1.Mix all dry ingredients together in mixer with hook attachment.2.Add eggs, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup and cold water. Mix just to combine and add salted butter. Mix till smooth.
3.Cut and scale dough at 70 g each. Make round balls and proof till double in size. Place canned pineapple slices on top.
4. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes or till fully baked. Before finishing to bake, pour melted butter mixed with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup on top. Bake a little more till butter and syrup boiling. Remove from oven and decorate with red Maraschino cherries.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
