Ingredient

Bread Flour                               800     g
Cake Flour                               200     g
Salt                               15    g
Milk Powder                             40     g
Bread Improver                               10     g
Instant Dry Yeast for Sweet Dough           10    g
Sugar                               100   g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup         80     g
Water, cold                                 400  g
Butter, salted                               150   g
Eggs, whole                              2    pcs
Baking tray, greased with shortening
Ingredients for decorating
Canned Pineapple in syrup                       28     pcs
Butter, salted, melted                         200    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup     150    g
Red Maraschino Cherries in Syrup

Method

1.Mix all dry ingredients together in mixer with hook attachment.
2.Add eggs, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup and cold water. Mix just to combine and add salted butter. Mix till smooth.
3.Cut and scale dough at 70 g each. Make round balls and proof till double in size. Place canned pineapple slices on top. 
4. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes or till fully baked. Before finishing to bake, pour melted butter mixed with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup on top. Bake a little more till butter and syrup boiling. Remove from oven and decorate with red Maraschino cherries.

Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
