Coconut Custard Dipping
Ingredient
| Eggs, whole | 3 | pcs |
| Coconut Cream | 1 | cup |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple or Sala Flavored Syrup | 1 | cup |
| Evaporated Milk | 1 | cup |
| Corn Starch | ¼ | cup |
| Sugar | ½ | cup |
| Salt | 1/8 | tsp |
Method
1.Mix egg, sugar, salt and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple or Sala Flavored Syrup together.2.Add corn starch. Mix well with whisk till no lump.
3.Add evaporated milk and coconut cream. Cook over hot bath till pasteurized and thickened. Use as bread dipping.
Remarks
1. While cooking over hot bath, keep stirring with whisk all the time to avoid lumps.
2. The thickness should be enough to coat the bread.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
