Rice Gnocchi in Coconut Milk

Method
|
1. Add tapioca starch in the bowl. Gradually add boiling water and mix with spatula will warm. Knead till smooth and add food coloring as desired. |

2. Make small round balls and press with gnocchi mould to create the pattern. |
|
4. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Jasmine Flavored Syrup with salt and rice flour. Bring to boil. Add gnocchi and boil again. Remove from heat. |
|
5.Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle with white sesame on top. |
|
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
