Green Tea Vermicelli in Jasmine Coconut Milk

Glutinous Rice Flour

Method

1. Mix glutinous rice flour with warm water. Knead till smooth and soft. Divide into 2 parts. Add green tea powder and food coloring the first part. Knead well. Keep the second part white.

2. Shape both part into long oval shape. Cook in boiling water till rise to the top of the surface. Blanch in cold water. Set aside.

3. Mix coconut milk with milk, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Jasmine Flavored Syrup and salt. Bring to boil and add corn starch. Boil again and set aside.

4. Add cooked dough and pour coconut milk mixture on top. Serve.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
