Method
|
1. Mix glutinous rice flour with warm water. Knead till smooth and soft. Divide into 2 parts. Add green tea powder and food coloring the first part. Knead well. Keep the second part white. |

2. Shape both part into long oval shape. Cook in boiling water till rise to the top of the surface. Blanch in cold water. Set aside. |
|
3. Mix coconut milk with milk, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Jasmine Flavored Syrup and salt. Bring to boil and add corn starch. Boil again and set aside. |
|
4. Add cooked dough and pour coconut milk mixture on top. Serve. |
