Method
|
1. Gradually add warm water into glutinous rice flour. Knead till soft and smooth. Divide into five parts and add five color. Knead till well combined and cover with damp cloth. Cut and make round balls of 5 grams each. Flatten and put diced water chestnut in the middle. Wrap and make round balls. Cook in boiling water till the dough rise to the surface of the pot. Blanch in cold water and set aside. |

2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Jasmine Flavored Syrup with water. Heat on medium heat till boiled. Set aside. |

3. Add five colors rice pearls in the serving bowl. Pour jasmine syrup over with crushed ice. Decorate with jasmine flower and serve. |

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
