Cream Soda Sweet Sticky Rice and Taro Paste

Sweet Sticky Rice

Gingko Nuts, cooked

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup

Water, to mix with potato starch

Method

1. Press sticky rice firmly in the mould. Unmould and place on a plate with taro paste prepared. Put gingko nuts all over. Set aside.

2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with water. Bring to boil and add potato starch mixed with water. Mix well.

3. Pour syrup mixture over the sticky rice and taro paste. Decorate nicely and serve.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
