Cantaloupe Custard

Ingredient

 
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cantaloupe Flavored Syrup 280 g.
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cantaloupe Flavored Syrup, for decorating 20 g.
Evaporated Milk 400 g
Water 20 g
Eggs 6 pcs
Ingredients for caramel
Sugar 150 g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cantaloupe Flavored Syrup 100 g

Method

Method (for caramel) 
1.Mix everything together in a saucepan. Heat and keep stirring till sugar dissolved. Pour in prepared mould or ramekins till well coated on the bottom. Set aside.

Method (for custard mixture)
1.Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cantaloupe Flavored Syrup with eggs, evaporated milk and water. Whisk to combine and strain.
2.Pour in the moulds or ramekins with caramel in the bottom. Bake at 300 degree Farenheit for 40-45 mins.
3.Leave to cool completely before turning upside down on a serving plate. Pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cantaloupe Flavored Syrup over and decorate.


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
